The sliding plate and base of HONLED double slide injection molding machine are made of cast iron. The sliding system is equipped with an automatic lubrication device to reduce abrasive wear, while steel-reinforced isolation at connection points ensures minimal deformation.
The ejector unit of HONLED double slide injection molding machine is compatible with different slide plates. Parameters including ejection stroke, ejection force, ejection speed, and ejection time can be preset according to operational demands.
Single-platen injection molding machine: It adopts ADOPI (Advanced Bidirectional Platen Integration) technology to achieve front-back sequential sliding, or uses an ICR (Independent Core Retraction) system to coordinate with right-side reciprocating sliding. The integrated pick-and-place device ensures high safety and improves efficiency.
Double Slide Injection Molding Machine: With a design of alternating left-right platen sliding, the synchronous pick-and-place device guarantees safety and increases production capacity by 30%-40% compared to traditional models.
